The RMG CAPITAL is a division or section of the Robert McAngus Group which was formed specifically to provide financial solutions for growing companies around the world. By utilizing our many years of experience in a multitude of industries from aviation to oil, shipping to construction combined with proven and new financial technologies and programs we are quickly able to ascertain a viable and practical strategy for our clients.

We take pride in ourselves on understanding clearly and concisely what the client is looking to do, and at the same time being able to identify the possibility and practicability of completing the funding request in a reasonably short amount of time. We understand that most times a quick "No" is much more beneficial to a client than a long drawn out process that results in the same.
We have developed specific programs that allow us to quickly determine if we can help a client seeking capital that also meets our investment expectations and the long term financial strength of the company itself. With our vast network of advisers we are positioned to not only provide capital but add a tremendous amount of value in other aspects of the company. By bringing established relationships to client companies they are able to accelerate their growth and opportunities.
Project Funding Programs
Through our Project Funding Program we provide funding for projects in a multitude of industries globally. Our minimum funding amount is $20MM (This is not negotiable) although we prefer larger projects. We can structure our funding as long term debt, equity or some hybrid of the two. We look for some type of capital contribution from the principles of each project we fund. We can provide capital for acquisition, expansion and restructuring. We look for projects that make sense, have a great upside potential and those that have strong and seasoned management teams.
Our programs include funding for companies in many industries including:

We prefer Board listed companies with a track record or a similar non listed company with a proven record of business. We fund in a multitude of ways, Debt, Structured, Bond Issue are just some of the methods employed and as each transaction is unique a finance package is devised specifically for that project and is handled as such, Unique. Until we have reviewed the project and it has gone through Central Processing we cannot tell you how or if it's being funded, when we have reached an internal agreement we advise the client that we will be issuing an Indicative Term Sheet establishing the guidelines of the future contract should the client wish to proceed.
Industries & Locations
As indicated above in PREFERED INDUSTRIES section although we are open to many industries our current interests are focused on the following sectors; manufacturing and distribution, alternative energy, mining, development, hospitality, healthcare and entertainment. We look at projects globally but prefer North and South America, Europe and Asia. Our funding process typically takes between 60-120 days for completion of funding predicated on the speed in which our clients provide the necessary information to us.
We can offer large project loans starting at $20,000,000 and up to and in excess of several Billion, all of our loans are underwritten by conglomeration of Top Swiss banks and our funding program(s) also encompasses national governments, municipalities and states, All counties are acceptable except those on the UN, NATO, USA BLACKLIST, but please keep in mind each transaction is based upon its own merits no matter what country
The Funding Process
It takes from submission approximately one to four weeks before we accept to go forward or decline the transaction. Some deals have potential, but are declined, either not having been presented in the most favorable manner, or lacking certain important information, we will inform those companies who can amend the presentation and represent at a later date.
At this time do not fund startups unless they are a Special Purpose company formed specifically by a Listed or Established corporation specifically for a transaction, and if we get that point we can discuss the matter further. Start Up's will be considered effectively from 2015
We complete an initial needs analysis of each project submitted to make sure that the project fits our funding parameters and timelines. We can design our funding over several tranches or phases if it is better suited for our client and the overall betterment of the project. We pride ourselves on giving a quick "thumbs up" or "thumbs down" on the project in so that we do not waste any time and to be able to properly manage expectations.
We utilize our professional partners to advise and assist in not only the funding process but also the continuing operations of the project. In many cases we can leverage our relationships to bring a greater value to company that we are providing funding for. We like to believe that we are "value-added" funders. Our goal is not just to fund a project but rather to develop long term relationships with our clients to take care of all their financial needs, present and future
Submission of Project(s)
All projects must be submitted separately Project Name clearly identified in the Subject Line of the email and to submit a project for our review we initially require the following:
- A Summary of the project and track records of the management team
- A detailed Use of Funds and draw down schedule
- 3-5 year verifiable Company Returns
Upon review of the above we will contact you to further discuss the project, our interest and request additional information for our due diligence. In most cases we will require an on-site visit as part of our due diligence process. Note all on sites visits are paid for by borrower.
